Refund & Cancellation

This draft policy outlines refunds and cancellations for online shop orders and course/masterclass bookings.

Shop order cancellations can be requested before dispatch. Once an order is processed or delivered, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Course and masterclass booking cancellations should be requested as early as possible. Approved refunds, credits, or reschedules are handled according to seat availability and administrative review.

Card payment refunds, when approved, are returned through the original payment channel. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider.

Cash payment requests are only treated as completed after admin confirmation. If a cash request is not confirmed, the related order or booking remains unpaid.
